Task

The goal was to create a system that allows preschools and children’s groups to easily manage their own website without requiring technical knowledge. Standard websites often do not address the specific needs of preschools, such as documents for parents, news, galleries, a parent section, or simple content management.

The assignment was to design a solution that would not be a one-time website, but an expandable platform suitable for multiple facilities. Each preschool needed to have its own content, own visual style, and the option to operate on its own domain.

Solution

We designed a custom SaaS platform with separation between individual preschools, a clear administration interface, and modules for content management. The system makes it possible to manage pages, news, galleries, documents, contact details, and other parts of the website from a single administration environment.

The solution is built so that individual preschools can operate independently, while the entire system can still be managed centrally. This makes it possible to add new clients, expand features, and gradually add new modules based on real needs.

The solution includes a responsive public website, an administration interface for content management, a database structure, media management, and preparation for further platform development.
